Release history and developer statement

With a valid subscription, Ultra removes ads and supplies Curated Sources and Exclusive Lines. User imports remain a separate workflow. Earlier descriptions emphasized user imports and ad removal without consistently explaining the service-provided sources and lines. We acknowledge that material disclosure failure; it must not be attributed to Tool or omitted from this appeal.

Status clarification · September 13, 2026

Before the September 2 Pending Termination Notice, EasyTallys was In Review. The other six listings — VPN XX, VPN XX PRO, SpellVPN Tool, SpellVPN Ultra, ArtCut and ArtCut Pro — were shown as Distributable.

The developer now reports that all seven apps have been removed from the public App Store, while their status records remain visible in App Store Connect. Storefront removal does not mean that the app records or platform/version statuses have disappeared. A visible status is not evidence of restored distribution or membership.

This clarification was supplied by the developer on September 13. It is not an independent live check of App Store Connect, an Apple receipt, or a change to the preserved September 12 source evidence.

What the inspected material supports

The inspected Ultra configuration names two service endpoints, and the source-list import path checks membership access. The preserved local description excerpt illustrates the incomplete wording. These are source/document snapshots, not service-uptime tests, content-rights certificates, or a copy of Apple's reviewed binary.

Next steps / not yet verified as complete

We will clearly disclose each subscription benefit and production endpoint, provide an accessible reviewer path and test entitlement when needed, verify content-distribution authorization, and remove sources whose authorization and suitability cannot be established. The supplied-node service is described as an actual feature, not dismissed as merely user-imported data.
