Release history and developer statement

Tool supplies no server nodes or node-service subscription. Users import configurations or subscription URLs they control or are authorized to use. It can establish a real VPN connection using imported settings; it must not be described as an offline-only viewer. Ultra's supplied-source subscription is not a Tool feature.

Status clarification · September 13, 2026

Before the September 2 Pending Termination Notice, EasyTallys was In Review. The other six listings — VPN XX, VPN XX PRO, SpellVPN Tool, SpellVPN Ultra, ArtCut and ArtCut Pro — were shown as Distributable.

The developer now reports that all seven apps have been removed from the public App Store, while their status records remain visible in App Store Connect. Storefront removal does not mean that the app records or platform/version statuses have disappeared. A visible status is not evidence of restored distribution or membership.

This clarification was supplied by the developer on September 13. It is not an independent live check of App Store Connect, an Apple receipt, or a change to the preserved September 12 source evidence.

What the inspected material supports

The inspected non-ULTRA compile-time branch sets paid distribution, no advertising, empty subscription product fields, and empty provider endpoints. This establishes the inspected configuration distinction; it does not independently verify every shipped binary or eliminate every possible similarity concern.

Next steps / not yet verified as complete

We will audit Tool's exact archive and describe all imported-configuration network behavior. If Apple considers the shared technology and listings insufficiently distinct, we will follow a consolidation or withdrawal approach specified by App Review. Tool remains expressly included in the account appeal.
