EasyTallys is a local-first bookkeeping app with optional Apple CloudKit sync and sharing. It has no advertising, App Store in-app purchases, membership paywall, or developer-operated finance-data server. Subscription reminders are bill records created by the user, not purchases sold by the app.
Correction submission: iOS 1.0.2, build 1.0.1. The corrected version removes an internal screenshot/test workflow that could insert sample records, force local storage, bypass the privacy lock, or simulate iCloud and App Group status. System status in the corrected version comes from actual system results. The submission was recorded as In Review on September 4, 2026; this does not confirm approval or publication.

To check sync, open the app's iCloud settings and verify the actual account and sync status. CloudKit sharing requires the relevant Apple account and service permissions. A screenshot, local test, or pending version does not confirm that data has synced on your device. Keep a backup before troubleshooting.
Finance data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, it syncs through your private iCloud account using CloudKit.
No. The current version has no developer-operated finance-data server, no ad SDKs, no third-party analytics SDK, and no tracking SDK.

No. Subscription items in EasyTallys are finance records that you create to track bills. They are not App Store purchases sold by the app.
No. Receipt and bill OCR uses Apple's on-device Vision framework for images you choose. Receipt images can be stored with your local records, optional private iCloud sync, and JSON/ZIP backups.
Enable the privacy lock in settings. Authentication is handled by Apple system services such as Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode.
Use JSON or ZIP backup and restore for full app data, or CSV, Excel, OFX, QIF, and PDF workflows for transaction and report tasks. Widget and Watch use App Group sharing with the main app when configured.
No. Cold Wallet Vault secrets are stored in this-device-only Keychain storage. They are not synced through iCloud, not shared through CloudKit Sharing, and not included in reports, backups, or exports.
