Release history and developer statement

Both released versions included a visible Network Source feature for importing node records from preset third-party public subscriptions. Their App Store descriptions were not updated to disclose it. We acknowledge the disclosure mismatch and inadequate control of changing third-party content. This is distinct from the free VPN XX release-history statement.

Status clarification · September 13, 2026

Before the September 2 Pending Termination Notice, EasyTallys was In Review. The other six listings — VPN XX, VPN XX PRO, SpellVPN Tool, SpellVPN Ultra, ArtCut and ArtCut Pro — were shown as Distributable.

The developer now reports that all seven apps have been removed from the public App Store, while their status records remain visible in App Store Connect. Storefront removal does not mean that the app records or platform/version statuses have disappeared. A visible status is not evidence of restored distribution or membership.

This clarification was supplied by the developer on September 13. It is not an independent live check of App Store Connect, an Apple receipt, or a change to the preserved September 12 source evidence.

What the inspected material supports

The catalog excerpt confirms fixed public-source entries in the current source. Public URL values are explicitly redacted; no working routes or credentials are distributed in this evidence package. A local Mac listing excerpt shows the user-supplied-only wording that required correction. This draft excerpt is not an export of the exact historical App Store listing; the released-version facts were separately confirmed by the developer.

Next steps / not yet verified as complete

Before a replacement submission, we will remove preset public sources and catalog references, retain user-supplied imports, use new version/build numbers, preserve the archive, and align descriptions, screenshots, privacy, endpoints, and Review Notes. Updating this website does not remove the feature from installed iOS 1.0.7 or Mac 1.0.1. We seek a fresh review, not automatic restoration of these binaries.
